We are offering 10 hours, 20 hours, 30 hours options.
Once you purchase the hours, our team will contact you to go over the tasks you need assistance with.
You select whatever projects you want your virtual assistant to work on.
You will be sent an update weekly on the hours spent on each project.
You can purchase more hours if needed anytime you want.

Below is a list of tasks you can pick from for your virtual assistant to assist you with.

1- Customer support for your business
We will assist you with your customer service for your business, we can assist with email, live chat or phone support, whichever you prefer. We can provide customer support on their social media channels by replying to comments and DMs

2- Add all 5000+ items to your turnkey website
When we built the turnkey website we add only 500 to get you started, however if you want your virtual assistant can add all 5000 + skus for you, once the turnkey website has been completed.
*This task is not limited to only turnkey website store owners, if you already have a website your virtual assistant will be able to perform this task as well.

3- Add new items to your website when we have new items
For those individuals who have our app added to their stores, but just don’t have the time to go in and add the products to the store, this option is excellent option. Our knowledgeable Shopify team will be able to add all the products we have available to your store, and continue to do so on a weekly basis anytime we have new items.

4- Add products from other vendors
Our team can also add products to your store from other vendors to your store.

5- Update homepage banners
Our team will update your website homepage with new banners, keeping your site looking fresh and up to date!

6- Place orders on our website for customers
Currently you have to place orders manually on our website for our products for your dropship orders. Your virtual assistant will be able to take on this task for you daily.
They can also process orders from other vendors you may be utilizing for your business.

7- Take care of technical issues with stores
Our team will be able to assist you in any technical issue you may experience with your website.

8- Custom homepage banners
Our wonderful creative team will be able to create custom banners for you, which you can use for your website, social media pages and more...

9- Customize turnkey website ( color, menu, help with other apps etc… )
If you need further customization of your turnkey website, your virtual assistant will be able to perform those tasks, whether its website color changes, to custom menu buildout, installing and setting up other apps to your store etc...

If you have Amazon store and you are using other 3PL services or our store.. your VA can provide manual order fulfillment service (FBM) by fulfilling your amazon order on the 3PL and confirming the order on Amazon. And can provide customer support to your Amazon account.

16-Graphic Design and UI/UX:
Our team can provide best graphic design and UI/UX services. This will include website and mobile app design, Branding, Re-branding, Brochure and corporate stationary designing.
